You do not have to have purchased your website from me in order to purchase my tech support, but you do have to contact me before purchasing to make sure we’re a good fit and I can prepare to give you the best value for your money!
My client work hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 to 5:00 Central Time
As much as I will strive to make you feel like you’re my only client, I am blessed with many. So once we discuss the work you need, I won’t usually be able to get to it immediately, but I will put you in my schedule for the very next available time slot. For this support package, depending on the current workload and time your project will take, that could be anywhere from the next day to one to three weeks later. Thank you for understanding.
Though the work is purchased by the hour, it’s generally not completed in one solid block of time. Due to the nature of the internet, web development, and communication, it is usually broken up as-needed over time.
Giving you the best value:
The time purchased does not include the initial email detailing your issues, but it does include subsequent emails. I’ll keep very specific logs of the time I spend on your project and will send you reports of how it was used.
If we don’t use all of your purchased time, it won’t expire for a whole year after the purchase date.
